Return & Exchange Guidelines
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Srida Collection offers exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you have size issues with a product, you can reach out to us anytime:
We are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience, and our return and exchange policy is designed to offer you peace of mind when making a purchase.

Exchange is valid for 2 Days (48 Hours) from the date of product delivery.

To proceed with the Size exchange, the product must be in its original condition along with tags intact and original packaging.

Exchange can only be made to change the size of the same product or to purchase a different product.

If the new product of exchange is of a higher value, then the difference amount will be borne by the customer.

All product that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. As we do not offer reverse pick ups.
IN CASES OF DAMAGED/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE ORDER RECEIVED, AN UNBOXING VIDEO WILL BE REQUIRED

If you received a DEFECTIVE/ WRONG/ INCOMPLETE order, you may return your purchase for exchange by notifying us within 48 hours of an order delivered.

To make a return, share the Proper Unboxing Video of the order on our Instagram handle or on given E-mail sridacollection17@gmail.com

and make sure to mention your Order ID and the reason for exchange in the DM or e-mail.

Make sure to open the packet after showing the shipping label in the video and unbox it in front of the camera, and there should be no pauses in between.

Your exchange order will be shipped once the product is successfully returned back to us in original packaging and tags. It will be reviewed by our team, and then on the next working day, your exchange order will be dispatched and shipped within 6-7 business days.

Returns must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging and tags.
NO EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A USED CONDITION
UNBOXING RULES FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Read carefully for missing, damaged or wrong products delivered.

The unboxing video should start with (a) all 4 sides view, (b) top & bottom view, and (c) the full unboxing process. It must be a single video NO PAUSE NO CUT.

Video should be taken from a distance to fully cover the opening of the package.

Close-up of unboxing video will not be accepted.

After unboxing, the product is to be opened and the damage or number of items is to be clearly shown in the video.

Video to be submitted within 48 hours of delivery on our Instagram handle via DM or email sridacollection17@gmail.com.

Only genuine issues will be entertained.
Order Cancellations/changes
Once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. If you want to change the product size or colour, we can do so as long as the order has not been packaged or shipped. Change of order can only be done within 6 hours of placing the order. Please email us at sridacollection17@gmail.com or Instagram DM to make change in your order.
